How Does YouTube Fan Funding Work

YouTube fan funding works by enabling a Tip Jar button on the channel page and in specific videos of eligible creators. Viewers can click on the Tip Jar button and choose an amount to donate, via Google Wallet, a secure online payment service. The creator will receive an email notification and a message from the donor if they choose to leave one. The creator can also thank the donor by sending a video or a message.
